All parcels are shipped using the best available prices from Canada Post.
Shipping is usually done within 2 business days of purchase date. Back ordered item purchases will be shipped as soon as the items are produced and customers will be notified,
Shipping costs are based on current shipping costs from Canada Post and are subject to change without notice. Customs, duties and taxes which may be applied by a government of jurisdiction, is the sole responsibility of the customer. The shipping cost we quote on your invoice does not contain handling charges, taxes, customs, duties or any other costs. Each product or bundle is shipped to the customer according to its size and weight and priced according to Canada Post and accepted international shipping services. All US and International parcels are shipped using the “Tracked Packet” service.
Canadian parcels are shipped according to size and weight as well but may be shipped in oversized lettermail if Canada Post’s requirements are met to reduce shipping costs. If a parcel requires a box, it will be shipped using Canada Post Flat Rate Boxes. Tracking is available for Canadian parcels and delivery times are as estimated by Canada Post and are out of our control.
All shipping prices are based on Canada Post pricing lists.
Returns Policy
Product returns are accepted with a 25% restocking fee and return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer. If the items was used by the customer, damaged in any way, the product will not be accepted as a return. Items that are damaged during shipping will be replaced, including shipping, at no cost to the customer, providing the customer provides photographic evidence and a written note from the shipping service provider, acknowledging breakage during transport.
